Art of the Soul is an Art studio based in Mordialloc in Melbourne, created by Tina Alesi.

Tina Has been an Art Teacher for many years

and undertaking qualifications in Transpersonal Art Therapy.

The studio host groups in Art as therapy, Private classes, Intuitive Card Reading for Life Guidance.

  • MINDFULL ART MAKING- Art as Therapy

    Mindful Art Making

    Saturday class 2-4 pm

    5 weeks per term


    This class is perfect for :

    Adults who are beginners/intermediate with art and craft.

    Adults that are interested in exploring artistic soul work

    Adults who are looking for joyful community of support

    This is a soul work Art class where we observe our interest in creating and reflect on how we feel.

    You can be inspired by offering the teacher provides or you are welcome to work on a project of your own gaining skills and insight into your work.

    As you join in every week you may find that the same offers you a refuge where you can come and be free to express your creative side without judgement or expectations. after the 5 week class you will walk away with at least one artwork you are connected to in a deep way and many more drawings and craftwork even clay ! the goal is to explore and play find your self in an artist language. have personal time to connect with yourself and others in this healing art studio, extending on therapies such as Art and creative therapies from 1:1 class with Tina.

    what you love about this program is how free it is and how much insight you gain in your own artist voice and your psyche. You love that you can make or create anything your heart desires with guidance from the teacher. Above all you will have some relaxation time just for yourself and connect with your creative side in this shared studio.

    Materials are both BYO (if its big project) and some provided, always bring a visual journal and a writing journal. Art of the soul will provide paper paint small cavas per class. if you desire to paint large you will need to buy large canvas yourself.

    Projects include : painting , clay, collage, sculpture, jewellery making, sewing, and more !!!
